Due to confidentiality agreements, we are unable to publicly disclose our clients' names. Candidates who are selected for a preliminary interview learn about our current clients and campaign assignments

WHAT TYPE OF SALES DO YOU DO?


At this time we have one campaign for our client and it is a B2C (Business to Consumer) campaign. What makes our campaign unique is that we are provided leads by our client so we are promoting and selling directly to pre-qualified customers, not wasting time speaking to existing customers.


Face-to-face sales and marketing (i.e. the ability we have to look at our customers in the eye and shake their hand) is not only incredibly personal but also insanely effective. Cardinal Firm has proven that for the last 2 years the greatest impact on a marketing campaign is with a smile and a handshake!

WHAT IS THE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL ROLE?


The great thing about professional sales is that it’s based on a performance structure – this allows entry-level candidates to earn more than their resume and experience might qualify them for.

Compensation structures change as an individual advances; resulting in higher commissions, salary options and profit sharing.

WHEN WILL YOU OPEN UP?


We are back open and ready to hit the ground running after an almost 4mo hiatus due to the covid-19 shutdowns. During our closure we stayed up-to-date on weekly training sessions, upgrading our software and systems to meet the needs of a virtual recruiting world, and adapting our office to meet NYS safety regulations and protocols.

ARE YOU DOING IN PERSON OR ZOOM?


Great question! We are doing 100% in-person training and developing at our company. Some of our entry-level training involves Zoom Orientation, but we pride ourselves on our high energy, and collaborative face to face atmosphere, so the rest is in person!

AM I REQUIRED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED TO WORK AT CARDINAL FIRM?


We do not require you to be fully vaccinated to work nor do we require masks while in the office if you are fully vaccinated. We do encourage you to wear one if you are not as we do our best to keep our in-person environment clean and safe! We still recommend you still keep your distance from multiple individuals with in the office and stay home if you have COVID symptoms.
